Looking at 20x10 hostile exile but not sure if they would stick out far past the fenders. Not wanting to chew the paint up. Offset is -19

Go to customoffsets.com and enter those stats along with your truck info . You’ll get pics of others who have used that setup.

A -19 offset will absolutely stick outside the fender.

I have a 0 offset on my 2019 and the tires protrude ever so slightly. Check out the pics in this thread:

Now the wait. Lift is also in but busy every weekend and vacation coming up till mid July

^^^^^ I'm guessing that's a Photoshop pic. Even though I've been to car shows held on grass that some owners wrap their tires in order to keep them clean driving them to their parking spot.

He's got the wheel sitting in front of his OEM wheel. I think he just got them delivered and that explains the plastic.... or his wheel is having safe sex!!!

Just got the wheels. I haven’t fully unwrapped them since not ready to put on. I was checking them to make sure there was no issues with them
