Where to purchase replacement dash?

I picked up my first RAM - a '99 1500 sport, but the interior all needs to be reinstalled. The dash cover/top piece is all cracked up, which apparently they are notorious for doing.

Where is the best place to purchase a replacement?

I just replaced the dash on my 2000 Ram 1500.
I bought it from Dodge directly. Correct me if I'm wrong I think LMC sells just covers.
A oem dash costed me $272. before tax. It was a perfect fit and is good quality.
It was a challenge for a first timer because the entire dash had to be removed from the vehicle. I also replaced what Dodge called push nuts (the placed where the dash attached to the body just under the windshield) mine were cracked.
