Mine has a tick at cold to warmup when hot goes away, dealer said normal. That said, the 2500 6.4 has a quiet exhaust system, and with the skid plates on the PW and off-road pkg, there is some noise. In the past Ive had exhaust manifold leaks and broken studs all were loader at cold start. please update.

I just got the "everything is normal, there's no codes" call. I asked if the tech was wearing ear plugs when he was trying to diagnose with the computer. They haven't had the truck long enough to properly diagnose anything.

Re-reviving
I have a 2014 2500 6.4 hemi it has at least 2 broken bolts on the exhaust manifold passenger side.
92,000 and some change on the engine. So yep they break too.
