Zone body lift questions

U have a 2003 dodge ram 1500 with a rc 3" suspension lift on 35s , I was wanting to go up 3 more inches with a body lift and was wondering for what reason would the 3" zone body lift made for the 06 not fit a 03 ? What's actually different between the years ?

I don't know the specifics but my understanding is it's an entirely different suspension, for one thing. I believe there's some other differences, but I could be wrong

I'm not wanting to mess with the suspension just a body lift so pretty much just body mounts and bumper brackets ? Just didn't know if they were different between the years

Anybody know the cheapest place to order a 3" body lift for a 2003 dodge ram 1500 2wd ?
