I have installed a new fuel door and my truck tool box. I also just got some new Husky mud flaps but haven' t had time to install them. I got them for the same reason I upgraded to a 4x4. I do a fair amount of off road driving near our cabin in northern NM. I'll post some pics of them after I get them installed.

Very nice! Congrats! How does that challenger run? Can't imagine a supercharged 6.4 in a lighter package. I know how my truck runs!

"The Mean Green Machine is a beast. 692 hp at 10 lbs of boost. I want to get her to a track with decent conditions and lower elevation/DA. I've run her here in Albuquerque but we have the worst track conditions in the country.....high elevation and hot and dry weather. Either way the car is a monster. I've got a total performance package with a 2.9L Whipple SC. Check it out here.......http://www.challengertalk.com/forums/garage/1882

Wow you have some serious coin invested there. Very impressive. I wonder with what you have invested if you could have bought a new 770hp hellcat? Also curious how your car would do against one? With your mods I'm sure your quicker in the quarter, but it'd be interesting.

Very very nice man.

Thanks...... but actually not near that much invested in my Challenger. All told less than $43K. I bought the 2011 SRT8 Challenger with low mileage used in 2013 and traded a 2009 RT. My bottom line on the 2011 ended up being $27500. I've put just over $15k into the 2011 SRT and a lot of that is visual mods, engine bling, and drive train. My build with the forged internals, Whipple, performance fuel train, performance tranny, performance drive shaft was about $12K. I've beat hellcats but if they're any kind of drivers and have enough sense to do some minor mods they can beat me. Most HC owners have well over $70k invested in their ride. I gave some serious thought to getting a HC but I'm about to retire and just didn't want to put that kind of $$ into another car. Besides its all paid for and it looks better than most other Challengers, Hellcats and Demons included. I've raced it a fair amount and I'm well satisfied with its performance and looks.........Here's a video from the track racing a friend of mine in his blown Vette.......https://flic.kr/p/HZohGq

Well I live in central NM....Albuquerque. But we have a cabin in the Jemez Mtns near Cuba NM. Its a bit west and south of Red River. Much more wilderness and not so much of a tourist area like around Taos/RR..............:driver:
