Maxtrac suspension lift ride is terrible....

I have a 2016 Ram 1500 with the MaxTrac suspension 7 inch lift kit with maxtrac shocks. Since installing the lift my ride quality has gone to **** the whole truck shakes going over any bump and it shutters when taking off from a dead stop to about 10 mph....

I really do miss my ride quality before the lift...

Any ideas of why it's doing this?

Any help would be appreciated....

How about go back to stock...problem solved. Most people forget about pinion angle, axle wrap etc. If you keep the lift, you will keep the rough ride. Enjoy.

If those symptoms he's describing are happening, then it's user error. A lift that small wont suffer from anything you've outlined.

How would the ride quality and shuttering be user error....

Where does it say an approved mechanic shop installed the kit ?


And if the picture in the original post is of the truck in question, then the first thing I see wrong is the rear control arms were not lowered. That would explain some of the problems .
