i bet a couple LED cubes pointed at a 45* angle toward the road would do more than the stock incandescent lights do. i try to keep an eye on the lights cresting a hill on back roads in texas, i dont like blinding people either
I've got a habit if I see any hint of light over a hill I cut the brights off. I wanted something to have incase I ever needed it.

i have the same setup as you, we might even have the same light bar lol. I do the same, i don't usually have a problem with cutting it off before a car gets blinded. used it last night coming back from beaumont through bolivar peninsula, the backroads on the tx coast are daaaark

Pedal Commander installed. Eco mode is nice for driving around but with the press of a button I can throw it into "hold the f$@# on mode!"8428713084f4c782c0a50e781f0164ea.jpg

Nicely done, I couldn’t stomach the “ eco “ mode as it made me feel my truck was going backwards lol.

It hasn't been too bad, gives me restraint when the kids are in the car. Now tomorrow when I go to work at 5am I'll have it on Sport+ 4+.

So my question is, does this mod affect your warranty at all? Have you had to take your truck in with it installed and did the dealer give you a hard time about it?

Haven't taken it in for anything yet. This unit plugs into your gas pedal and can be removed in the matter of seconds. From what I understand it leaves no trace because it doesn't necessarily interface with the computer.

Obviously if I take it in for anything I'll remove it, it only took a minute to put it in.

Haven’t posted in a while:

Sprayed in a raptor liner bed, kit was very easy to use and for someone who only has light or medium duty bed use I highly recommend.

After backing into a light pole last year I finally replaced the tailgate. Never thought I would order a fully painted tailgate off Amazon. In doing so I replaced my plastidip ram emblems with gloss black.

Of course I added back a DeeZee tailgate assist

Around the same time I bought a toolbox and hitch step which has come in quite handy.

Once again Amazon provided a nice suggestion and I added cup holder inserts for the doors.

Don’t have pictures however I’ve replaced all 6 stock speakers with MTX in the doors and kickers in the dash.

The next big project is to replace the head unit and wheels/tires

For those that are involved with ham radio I replaced one of the two Uniden BCT15X scanners used for military scanning with a Motorola XPR4550 UHF DMR Radio. To facilitate easier programming I added a USB plug to the side of the console so the radio does not have to be removed to load various profiles.
