For $75 more I think I would go with HPtuners......you can change speedometer & gear ratio on Fords & Dodge....no license required.
If you going to write a tune thou you have to pay $100 more for license credits plus whatever tuner charges for writing tune $$$

Device would resell @ a later date better.
