Best mod for me is the aftermarket oem aux switches.
Added a few ram head vinyl stickers...in case I 4get what I'm driving...lmao

Well were to start,
I do have a dash cover.
I did the auto dim mirror, with the auto head lights.
power fold mirrors, with puddle lights, signals.
remote start, with alarm. OEM
Electric leather seats, with heat/cool.
leather steer wheel with heat and radio controls.
Silver steer wheel center cover.
Black center jump seat.
premium instrument cluster.
Trailer brake control.
Back up camera.
8.4 ra4 radio with navigation.
ATC conversion.
LED lights all around.
Front trailer hitch.
3 inch lower in the back.
Glove box led light.
Under hood led light.
LED tail lights.
20 inch Laramie wheels.
factory V8 muffler with dual tail pipes, my truck is a V6.
Removed the vinyl on "B/C' pillars.
Lighted sun visors.
speedo tells me when going over the speed limit.
Still looking for a quad cab rear leather seat.

I've done a lot of small interior mods, mostly creature comforts:

• cabin air filter
• 5% Eyebrow/20% window tint
• Photodon Nav screen protector
• Shift-knob swap to leather-wrapped
  
• AVS in-channel visors - Paint matched (I consider this an interior mod since I benefit from it from inside the truck )

• Interior LEDs (all except the glove box and vanity mirrors - just can't figure those ones out)
• Front & Rear foot-well LEDs

• Rear fold flat panels

• Chrome door sill plates

• Center console tray insert

• Center console cover

I had a dealership's body shop do the visors for me. Prepped the plastic, painted with my Ram's color code and finished with vehicular top coat for all four - I walked out the door for a total of just under $100, if I remember right. This was done five years ago and, since the paint job is exactly what they do to our trucks and they prepped the plastic correctly, they all still look brand new.

I did Katskinz in my f150...a lot of the wrinkles go away with heat and a couple of days.

Does this count as an interior mod? I'm gonna say yes... My express didn't come with an under hood light so I installed this aftermarket one. Turned out great. Better than the OEM one in my opinion.
