First off! HUGE thanks to member ksn240!!!! I don't think I would have had the guts to pull the switch without talking to you! And I also really want to thank the member with the white Rebel with a 6" lift, if anyone remembers who that is, let me know so I can thank them as well!

I really appreciate this community, so many of you have been so helpful. Not sure if this is the first 6" lift on an ORP, but I don't think I've ever seen one on social media or the forums? Would like to know if anyone has seen one?

Just got it all wrapped up, I will get proper photos offroad this weekend.
  • No plastic trimming was required and there is no rub at full lock/articulation.
  • Adaptive cruise works fine.
  • Blind spot monitoring works fine
  • 360 Camera is a little off, but even after three parking lot reverses I started to adjust
  • Ride is considerably better/more comfortable than stock
  • Turning radius has been reduced more than expected, would not go to 37s even if I had garage space
  • Lane keep assist works, but has more trouble locking on and does not light up green as much
  • It does not feel slower to me from a stop, in city, or on the highway
  • Installation required cutting of the subframe (NO GOING BACK!)

OH! And who could forget the people who kept telling me "ALL THAT WORK JUST TO KEEP IT OUTSIDE IN THE HOT VEGAS HEAT??? NO WAY THAT WILL FIT!!!"

Well, measure twice, cut once, right? ... uh, well, you get the idea... ;)

Great looking truck. I am too old to live with that climb every day.

Looks great! Glad I could help. I will be lifting mine at some point. Doing a few other projects first and still deciding between 4" with 33s or 6" with 35s.

Not sure if the person with the white Rebel is on this forum or not, but is on another forum as jamesfg and is on the Facebook groups as well.

And man that is a close fit. Would definitely make me pucker up every time I pulled in, but hey, it fits.

How long did it take you, doing one next Saturday in a black 2019 sport, very similar to your truck!

When u say cutting of the subframe what do you mean? I thought you only had to trim the cross member a bit.

I also have the 6" Fabtech lift. Here are a few pics of where I had to cut and how much I had to cut off.
