So my headlights were aimed like 95% I adjusted them the tiniest bit but for some reason I’m still not impressed by the output. Seems like they should be more intense. This is low beam and high beam I turned the passenger side up a hair 540fb2247f07e2d702c0bbe325755796.jpgf968c6003f98b39782c7913b3cfe40b0.jpg

Did you have HIDs before these? LED doesn’t even touch HID. But HID can’t come near LED reliability

Have heard nothing but problems with these $1400 headlights, and poor output. Hopefully RTS gets their **** in order soon.

No problems anymore unless you have a 2015 or are expecting to turn night to day with LEDs lol. If you’re chasing intensity definitely go with HID. But these LEDs blow away the factory LEDs on my Sentra SR

I had factory reflectors before
This but I really didn’t have any complaints with the output of them. I’m just obsessed with cool looking lights so I got these. I had a 54” curved light bar on my old truck and I think that just set the bar high for everything. These just don’t seem to light up the ditches it’s all straight ahead

Well as I was saying in my previous comment. Basing them off of the factory LEDs in my Sentra these lights are great. The beam is astronomically wider and the hot spots are much larger (probably because there are two sets of projectors) in terms of my old 55W HIDs in my factory projectors These lights do not even come close to touching them. It was a huge adjustment at first but I really wanted the reliability. That and I’m finally able to use my auto dim high beams again which is a major plus.

I got a comparison to halogen. Much more intense. Much larger hot spot and way wider. Definitely an upgrade from halogen but not as much of an upgrade as HIDs especially in a retrofit. 9d8cf284e4bbc3ffb6acf551a0bde1b6.jpg

Here’s low beams on the road. Do they look any different than yours?

The side by side comparison is low beams.

Scroll up a bit and you’ll see my lows and highs. They don’t look near as bright as yours

Both of the pictures I just sent were low beams. I can tell you right now your drivers side light has the same problem that made them replace my early release set. One of your projectors is aimed poorly. You can send that photo in to TRS and they will likely replace them for you. They sent me a whole new set and they’ve been great.

To compare to HID here’s my 55w HIDs in projector high beams. So I’d say the Morimoto XBs are about as good as a 35W HID kit in projectors. 37c3570ebc46482aa7168c1c3a30b20f.jpg

Here’s my Sentra LEDs. less intense output and not nearly as wide. The intensity of the light dims out not very far in front of the car while the Morimotos can reach much farther out. And it’s not due to poor aiming in the Sentra I tried to raise them up from the factory height and it did not help at all. 7154678d26035a298cc60a6f0d6e3db8.jpg

I’ve had mine for a few weeks now and just noticed a problem. The switch for my lights works fine in park, but when I put it in drive my high beams come on. They come on with each setting except when I put my lights in the on position. I’m just now starting to research this and made it through about 15 pages on the forum and couldn’t take it anymore. There’s way too many posts about these lights.

And anyone that feels the need to give me **** for not reading all the posts, remember it’s 38 pages.

The reason manufacturers use 35w hid from factory instead of 55w is reliability. So to say LED isn't as bright as something that isn't necessarily reliable isn't really a fair comparison.

Now compare LED to more reliable 35w hid setups and led matches or wins in most cases.

Fwiw I have had vehicles with factory hids that have never had a single issue, ranging from 4 to 16 years old.
