YOU SAID IT... Wasn’t in to the DRLs like I was in to the Trans.... This Alfa just makes Forscan look like child’s play... Forscan let Me down way to many times but during those times it was the closest for what it was...

That would be wicked! I had read about guys not being successful, but Alexey did tell me that some Ram owners have reported being able to do it.

I’ve come to learn usually when You screw up there’s a code behind a code behind a code, when You change one it probably changed another 5 for You without knowing... I’ve tested Alfa buy doing All the codes at once without cycling and see how many would stick or would brick... You’d be surprised... [emoji41]

Lol you like to live dangerously I see. I did a backup before I changed anything, just to be safe.

Really isn’t Us... Mopar and Ram have some bad ass machinery in My opinion... Simple as My Rumble Bee from 05 with over 2500 Bottles of 200 shot on the original block... I was Sold and We made it a point to chase down everything and anything that wasn’t Mopar and that was 14 years ago... LoL

Well, I'm about to get rebuild number 3. The shop and I are thinking either the Sonnax Smart-tech overdrive kit by itself is the issue, or that combined with the higher stall converter. Overdrive went out yet again. We'll be taking that out and probably going back to the stock stall. What a waste all that was to begin with. The launches with the 3000 stall were awesome. And this ~2300 stall they put in to replace it was ok. At this point it's just get the truck reliable again and get me to the point when I trade in.

This comes when our AC needs replaced, along with getting a claim for a new roof/siding/window screens and other items because of the hail we got last weekend. Everything is failing!

Yeah, the transmission is under warranty though, I have someone who's been kind enough to loan me a vehicle for as long as I need it, and the hail may end up covering some of the HVAC cost. It's not all bad, just unfortunate timing. Good thing for warranties and insurance, though I've never dealt with home owners insurance claims so that may not be fun. I heard they can be a hassle. Luckily the contractor working on the claim seems to be a fighter for the home owner so hopefully that makes things a little better.

Of course I'm naturally optimistic, so that could be helping me lol.

Well it seems like the Quicklearn does in fact work with Alfa, as @UrWifesFavorite said. First attempt didn't seem to do anything, but 2nd attempt I think I had truck running before connecting to Alfa and that seemed to do the trick.

Anyway, hoping to do the service on the weekend. Just prepped the RP spin on filter by sanding the paint off and made sure I have everything else on hand.

Before and after shot, with the billet thread adapter installed...

So got er all done on Sunday (well Monday since I ****** up the new sump filter seal when installing so had to wait for dealer to open yesterday to grab a new one).

Was a pain getting the new Mag-hytec pan on without removing the exhaust crossover, but luckily was able to get it or else I would've had to cut the exhaust clamps off, gotta love the salt!

Torqued pan down, added some fluid to ensure no leaks, added just about 9 quarts C+ in total.

Performed a Quicklearn using Alfaobd in the driveway and took her for a spin. Smooth as butter so far!

Didn't take many pics as @R.L.K.
@U&A and several others have pretty well covered all the bases
but I'll grab a couple when I recheck bolts on the pan.

Fluid looked pretty good, normal amount of material on the stock magnet I'd say.
