That’s exactly what I want to do. Blue too except I have stock rims.

What type of paint did you use? High heat I’m sure. Actual caliper paint?

Yeah.... just did a high heat....wasen't actualy a caliper paint .....and I ran them with stock wheels too!!

I like the MPG but if you think their high price in red just check on a custom color!!!

Somebody was using a 2 part epoxy caliper paint on theirs, I could see that lasting a while. However, I really like the "styling" the covers give without trying to look like a poser.

See the Dorman on ebay for $50ish, far cry better than 2bills. The red would look nice on my rebel, might consider when changing my brakes eventually

There's a reason Dorman is usually the cheap parts alternative.

There's nothing cheap about the Dorman caliper covers, I had the MGP one's on my Challenger and the Dorman ones are the same material thickness, quality, and installation method as the MGP ones. Dorman one's are just more realistically priced then the outrageous price tag the MGP put's on theirs.

That's for "ef'n" sure stimpy, my MPG's are nice, but they ain't $200+ nice and around $300+ now! For that you'd think they would've been CNC'd billet aluminum. I only bought them because they were the best game in town for our trucks without going powder coated performance calipers. imo

I just ordered the Dorman caliper covers... we'll see how the install goes and the fit and finish when they arrive. I will be sure to post up pics and a review after I install them...

I’ve painted calipers before and they don’t last as long looking good. Never had them but it’s obvious the covers will last much longer looking good especially in places that see inclement weather.

With any of my painted calipers I’ve learned the day they look best is the 1st day.

The only thing I don’t like about the caliper covers is most have lettering or logos on them trying to make them look like a big brake kit. Wish there were just some nice plain solid covers...I feel like these come the closest to that

Do they have them in black?
