Really?? Ya can't think of this on your own??
Why are you so against people who ask for about other people's opinions? It’s the point of the forum. You sound so surprised every time someone asks. Figure by now you would be use to it and stop posting comments that make it sound like you're ******** about it.

Seriously starting to take a hard look at trading in for 2019 3500 Laramie Longhorn Megacab. I want to be to tow a substantially large toy hauler/5th wheel. It's going to kill me to let another power wagon go.....

This is just like when I get the itch to trade adv bikes for dirt bikes and vice-versa. Ask yourself what you do with your 'Wagon now. Certainly a new 3500 will pull anything, but do you pull often enough or big enough to justify. Will you miss the performance and off-road goodies and the kick ass looks you get at the (frequent) gas station stops?

I've driven or been around 3/4 and 1 ton Dodge and RAM for about 12 years now, and I love them. Just traded a 2500 Cummins for a '19 PW, and I fricken love it. I've gotten more comments from strangers is the last 6 days than I ever got on the previous truck. Of course I still miss that girl -- she was really good to me. But, it was time for something different, and I'm happy.

My Dad told me years ago, that don't buy a vehicle that you're not happy with, it's too much money to spend on something you don't really like. Buy what you want.

Yep, getting ready to trade my 2500 5.7 in on a 6.4 with 8spd auto.
Rving has been a lifestyle for the wife and I and she's looking at stuff that exceeds the Wagon but I may get by with a Tradesman. Lol

There are a number of guys here who installed airbags and almost had same payload as a standard 2500

LOL, like I said, at least I can think for myself.
I KNOW what kind of vehicle I want, and drive. Don't need to ask an opinion on it

Good for you!! Still doesn't give you the right to belittle others who would maybe like to hear the opinions of those who may be more knowledgeable in the differences between the two trucks and see if it's worth the trade up to the OP.

LOL, I'm not belittling anybody. They're belittling themselves. It's not my fault they're too stupid to make their own decisions about what type of vehicle to buy for themselves.

Seriously dude, these forums literally exist to get information, share ideas and help with decisions. Good for you that your so self righteous that every decision you've ever made has needed no outside influence whatsoever. No one on here gives a flying **** about your beat your chest I know what I want and if you don't your stupid attitude. Take your troll comments to the cesspool known as facebook. We don't need that crap here if you don't have anything constructive to say just keep your mouth shut.

And to the OP I apologize for the troll ruining your thread.

The only stupid questions are the ones not asked. If someone thinks they know it all and don't need other options, they're usually an *******(especially the ones that post about it).
A lot of people don't have the disposal income to waste on a bad decision of what vehicle to buy, nor do a lot have any way of trying before they buy it.

LOL, hey, I'm going to buy a new truck today, and guess what??, I'm going to buy it all on my own. I could give 2 figs about what you, or anybody else for that matter thinks.

I'm going to buy the truck for ME, not what a bunch of guys on a forum think.
