A quick use of the search feature of the forum and you would have found a thread with a couple thousand replies about these lights and the nightmares most members have had with them.

Sorry I would have linked to the thread but I was on my phone on Tapatalk and was in a rush and couldn’t figure out how to link to it quick enough, so I suggested the search feature. Odd that it didn’t show up, a simple search of “Morimoto” should have found it. I guess the search feature of whatever forum code this forum uses sucks and isn’t properly coded to search the MySQL database properly.

Actually down at 800 now and the 4th of july 25% off discount is working on them making it only $600.... really tempted to pull the trigger on a pair.

Wait what? The 4th of July promo codes stopped working July 7th. The only active promo code right now for TRS is the usual 10% off that is year round.

Its in the screen shot and applies it in the cart so I assume it would still work but didnt try to checkout.

I have them in my cart right now....only thing holding me back is that they may be broken. If you read the Disclaimer it sounds kinda sketchy.....

Really want to buy these though....worried about flushing $600 down the toilet on something that will not function properly.

They are sealed with butyl so opening them up isnt really hard I know it says bake them but honestly you can warm that up enough with a hair dryer and pull them apart. I should know because I used butyl to retrofit my current projectors on the truck and just opened it up 4 weeks ago using that method to get a chunk of plastic that somehow got wedged in the front bottom housing that was driving me nuts lol.

Post up the issues yours comes with. If I didnt have retrofits id probably be buying a pair also....but want to save for amp steps.

No I really dont care for the fogs. They dont seem to put out much light either. I got the led pod style fogs. 2 on each side.
