Lifted or not?

Is the one inch block part of a lift kit or is this standard equipment on a 03 2500?

I’m gonna say it’s lifted. Looking at the aluminum block and the 2 bottom springs.

I actually studied the pic for a lil bit. What do the front springs n shocks look like?

It has a 2 1/2” leveling kit on the front. I now know that that is a 1” block on the back
