Stay Away from a 2012? What Do I need to Know about this year?

Haha no need to take it personal, so your grammar isn't great, no big deal, I'm just letting you know it can be difficult to interpret what you're writing. I have heard of the word general, or the phrase "in general", things like that don't apply when the conversation is about something specific, if you've heard of that word?

How does that grammar meet my approval? It's still pretty **** poor so I hope you weren't really trying there. Here is how I would correct it:

"Maybe you have (or you've) never heard of the phrase "in general". You seem to have a problem with what I wrote, however, I didn't write to you, so I don't understand what your problem is. How does that grammar meet your approval? How much do you get paid to be the web site police?"

Now, I'm not going to claim that's 100% grammatically correct as I only took high school English and very little in college, and am not a English professor or author. Luckily I get so handsomely paid by the web site police that I don't need any further source of income!

Now that we have the amateur English lesson covered, can you answer my question?

I bought a 2012 crew cab 2WD Laramie about a year ago with 78,000. 5.7 motor has been flawless and the only issues I have with the truck are the passenger side headlight was out. I replaced it only to find it’s a wire issue. It would come on sometimes and sometimes it wouldn’t. I took it back out and wrapped the wires in black electrical tape as it appears they were messed with for some reason and now it stays on. But it could just be an 8 year old wire issue. Other than that, the radio locks up and the heated seats stopped working but the a/c seats still work. But with those issues, I still live it. Drove it to FL from the Dallas area a couple months ago and it was flawless. Very comfortable, enough power and looks greats! Good luck!

I should note that this is coming from a Chevy guy as well. I was looking for a used Chevy when I came across my Ram. It was in great shape for a 2012 and the interior looked new so I gave Ram a try. My other car is a Camaro SS manual so the Dodge is my daily car and Home Depot rig. But it’s so nice we take most of the time anyway.

Before I got my 13 Ram I looked at a 12 Ram laramie.It was real nice overall but had 125k on it and that was in 2019,that dealer wanted 20 grand for it with a few scratches and a ripped seat. Too much imo.
