37s, thuren 1.5" leveling springs. Not my everyday vehicle but I usually drive her to work once or twice a week,70 mile round trip all hwy and weekends. Had 35s on before and these seem a bit more sluggish but nothing that is inherently bothersome. I can still spin the tires a bit if I floor it from a stop. I don't notice it hunting for gears that much. I used to have a 1500 with 37s and 3.21 gears and that badboy did hunt for 8th gear quite often. I would have no issues driving it everyday minus the 12-15mpgs..lol

I did trim the plastic near the pinch weld and fold back the pinch weld a bit for a little pre-emptive clearance. I went with a D rated Cooper STT pro. I was less concerned with the rating and more concerned about the max load. I don't haul or tow so a max load of 3500lbs per tire was plenty for the wagon. I have no desire to go any higher in lift as it kinda starts to become a hindrance rather than helpful. Thanks for the heads up. I'm stock and thinking heavily on it. Can you tell me about the braking? Already hard to stop with 35s I don't see 37s as to much heavier. I bought the tazer for adjustment and well I'm underwhelmed to day the least....

Yeah, braking sucks. But I've always felt like these brakes have sucked. Definitely wanna do new pads asap

Couldn't agree more. I'd have to do new pads atleast when I put the 37s on to help

Mailgator do you have a sunroof? I'm debating a roof rack but I have a sunroof and like having it open

In addition to examining the differences in drivability between the sizes (35 vs 37) and load ranges (D vs E), don't forget to check the weight of the specific tires you're considering. Keep in mind that there are 35s out there that weigh more than 37s. Of course sizing and load ranges are correlated with weight, but it can vary quite a bit -- I have 35" Toyo MTs on my right right now -- which are a heavier tire -- so there are certain other AT or MT even tire brands I could switch to and be at the same weight or less in 37 form.

Like many of you I am considering 37s ... looking at possibly purchasing a Thuren Overland suspension kit if I decide to go that route.

Also I would advise getting wheels with a good offset for 37s vs getting wheels with a subpar offset and running spacers.

I do not, having a sunroof definitely may have swayed my decision

I dono. I guess I dont see any benefit to spending that much more money over a Thuren setup. I mean I know Carli is quality stuff, but it cant be that much more quality than Thurens setup.

You know. I wouldn’t know who to ask. I would think cjc would be a good place to ask. But....they pump out tons of Carli stuff so they might be more biased toward it. Ya never know. Don’t get me wrong. Thuren stuff has been top notch and their customer service is 2nd to none. I smile every time I go off-road and have no immediate plans to change either. Not nearly enough dents on my truck yet and mechanically she’s sound.

Maybe it's just me, but I want the best of both worlds. Power wagon off road capability and towing without a squat lol. I actually like the stock springs and feel the rears could be a little stiffer. I'm looking st super springs replacement coils for the 2500. Unless the stock 2500 springs are just as good. But I can't find the spring rates for them to tell.

You can find oem rear springs all day. Worth a shot. I don’t tow anymore she’s only off-road and my trip to grocery store while wife is at work lol.

Good to know my mpg should stay about the same lol. Also with the towing 9k, stock rear springs or anything extra? You look like you have a lift..
