+18 by what you are wanting I think would still stick out a little too much. Prolly a +25 would get it under the truck. I have +18 or +19 somewhere there. It’s 4.25” backspace. And without my big flares it stick too far out. Really depends on preference. Some think that poke is not bad. To me without the flares it looks weird. All personal preference

Here is what I'm looking to do. Let me know if you guys forsee any issues.

Wheels:. Vision Rocker 412 (all black) 18x9 +12 offset (3650 lb load rating)

Tires: Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT 35x12.50 R18 (Load E)

Bilstein B8 5112 leveling kit

Synergy drag link
Synergy Adjustable track bar

I'm trying to improve the look without taking too much away from the towing and hauling capabilities. All while staying on a tight budget.

That's sticks out pretty far for a +18, you sure that's what they are? And are they a 9" or 10" wide wheel?.
My +18, 9" wide wheels don't stick out near that far. I have the factory flares but it still looks like your wheels are much further out then mine.

That's what I thought. Those are a -19 offset, not a "+" offset so those stick way out further then what I recommended to him with the +18's. "-" pushes the wheel out, "+" pulls it in.

Bahaha. See. Backspacing is so confusing. Even got me lololol. Disregard all my stupid info lmao.

Trust me, it took me a while to wrap my head around it. It seems opposite of what it should be?

The RC front did level it but it's so damn long that by the time you swiveled your head to see the rear you forgot and it looked lower so I had to add a little rake, kinda hard to see in this pick tho, the driveway has a good slope to it.

I think it's cool having a 22 foot truck. Driving over speed bumps used to go thump....thump.

In a CCLB 2500 it kinda goes thump.............hmmmm......hmm..hmmm.... hhmmmmm.............thump.
LOL!

If your looking to stay on budget I picked up 4 of these wheels for only 340 bucks from bbwheels. There 20×9 and the magic +18mm offset. Gear Alloy 746B crossbow.

I like those wheels, and I like that price. But my concern is the load rating for those is 2500 lb. Plus moving to 20 inch rims lowers the load rating of the tires. As far as I can tell at least. But I'm definately gonna sit and ponder those wheels. That's a hell of a deal

I’ve been eyeing these for the longest time. Have any more pics? Also what size tires are you running on them?

If I knew that these wheels and 35*12.50 Cooper's wouldn't give me any issues while towing an 8K camper, I'd pull the trigger this second

I'd also like to know if I need new TPMS or if I can reuse the factory ones I have

You are in luck then the 8x6.5 load ratings are 3700 pounds the 5x is the 2500 pound rating. Also all you need is a set of these

http://www.tpms.com/mobile/Product.aspx?ProductCode=68206635AA

You can unscrew the factory tps but since its a rubber stem you cant pull those out of the factory wheel without destroying them. They just unscrew and screw back into the new ones. Plus will leave you the option to swap them back if need be.
