As I’m driving my truck I see like a dust fume coming out my air vents, and when I turn ac or heater on, it blows out more out of it. Anybody had this issue before and know the solution? I thought it was my cabin filter but I know it doesn’t have one.

And that's why it's blowing through...no cabin air filter.

I'd use a powerful vacuum, like at a car wash, and clean it out from the inside and outside under the cowl or whereever the cabin air intake is near the cowl/firewall.

Unless you put the HVAC system in recirculation mode, the air coming out of the vents is being drawn in from the outside via the cowl area. That's where the dust is most likely coming from. Geno's Garage I think sells an air filter for the cowl area
