I don’t know how to measure that. I can measure the front and back fenders from the ground. I’m running stock tires still. We will have to get someone that is running stock to measure their 18 too. I have about 250lbs of gear in the back at the moment, so if we are 1/4 in off then...
A lack of failure does not signify that all is fine. From Thuren’s website:I have had a 1.5” leveling spacer on my wagon for over 3 years now. Absolutely no issues with it at all. Does it function as good as a set of thuren or carli springs and shocks... well hell no. But it did level my truck and continues to drive exactly like stock.
A lack of failure does not signify that all is fine. From Thuren’s website:
- 2014+ Ram 2500 and Power Wagon-
Using our components, all you NEED from us to get leveling done properly, is our front coils and shocks. Plan on our trackbar after you get about 20,000 miles on the truck. You must buy the shocks we sell, or we can spec approved part numbers for other brands, but don't buy shocks by the generic aftermarket manufacturers application, as they won't be right for our coils.
The OEM Power Wagon front trackbar is about 1/4" longer than the OEM 2500 unit, and the same 20,000 mile estimate of when the OEM bar should be replaced, applies.
We want to be VERY clear that with this new platform, coil spacers used to gain lift height are very risky. Unlike the 1994-2012 platform, this new frame has very odd coil spring mounts, and mandates a much shorter coil spring is used. These limitations make it so the OEM coil is very stressed as the suspension cycles when a coil spacer is installed. If you do install a coil spacer, make sure you also drop the bumpstops the matching amount, to keep the coil spring stress as similar to stock as it can be.
42” in the front on both and 43” in the back on both. That’s with boxes and without
Im going to stop you right there. AEV’s lifts are just that: lifts. They’re not geared towards the actual performance of the car. Several AEV lifts have broken at Power Wagons in Moab. Not to mention that a cheap spacer lift with no customizable strut valving has a much worse ride quality. I would disagree that AEV is a strong competitor. At least not to the informed person. Especially when you need to replace the Power Wagon springs with stock 2500 springs also.I suspect - but have no evidence so I should just shut my trap - that the blurb about spacer lifts from the Thuren website is aimed at 2 scenarios:...[snip]... the second being to undermine the AEV lift which by all accounts is pretty well engineered and serious competition to Thuren/Carli/etc.
That said, clearly the AEV lift has its drawbacks vs. a Thuren setup - especially on a Power Wagon.
They are a few hours away, but definitely worth the drive if my truck ever comes in.That would be a no brainer for me. Being able to pick them up and save shipping cost would be hard to pass up.

The short version.
2017 Rebel - Returned after 2 years, eight months of dealership hell.
Ordered a PW in August and supposedly the truck is in transit at whatever location a 2500 gets outfitted as a PW (according to dealer) and is stuck waiting for a back ordered component.
Welcome to the club!
I am stationed in Southern California and made the mistake of getting my last vehicle here. I will be picking my mythical truck up if it ever arrives, in Texas to avoid all the BS that is California.
sorry to hear you have to live in a blue state where you can not carry.
The plan is to do all of the alterations I want to in Texas to avoid the hassle here.
The Lone Star State can’t me beat!
Planning on keeping factory rims and adding Toyo 35/12.5/17 AT.
Not sure if spare this size will fit underneath?
yes a 35” aired down to 20 psi. will fit. Toyo 37” is coming to my house for Christmas.
ProRyde adjustable leveling

Not needed on the 19. Already leveled.
Mx4 BakFlip tonneau.
I went with diamondback. HD cover for a HD truck!!
True Dual cat back with 2 super 40 flowmasters and x-pipe for back pressure and equalize scavenging.
Dropped behind rear axle.
I removed my muffler and it sounds perfect. Just unbolt it right after the resonator.
looking at CAI - K&N still has not produced a model for 19 and is looking for vehicles to prototype out here in Riverside ... which is interesting because you cant get one shipped here.
good luck finding much for the 19 just yet. The badges on the hood are in a hole so I thought about ram air using those two spots.
I have some westin thrasher steps new in the box, but am selling... interested in true sliders. Maple/White Knuckle?
Maple is a little thicker by design but if white knuckle is just the drive away it will save you $200 in shipping.
kind of stuck in limbo on ordering anything until I get an official eta on truck though.
Thoughts and comments are welcome. Even the nasty opinionated ones.
Looking at the side view pics of some, they certainly have a bit of rake to them. Not quite as bad as normal pickups
There is definitely a rake, but the front end i believe is a bit higher on 19 than 18s back.
The PW has a pretty robust front end so it isnt really noticeable unless you focus on the wheel wells. IMO
While I really like the S & B intake (had one on my 17 PW) I would wait on ordering. The 19 PW has a revised intake and actually pulls air from the front (like a Ram Air.) If you'd like I can snap a picture of it on my 19 PW.
S&b is taking pre orders on their intakes. Pn# 75-5133 . It's being manufactured mid December. Ships end of December.Yes
That would be greatly appreciated!
I did not realize that it had changed that much.
I see all the posts about the new PW in 20, but it confuses me because of all the changes between the 18/19. There were quite a few changes from interior, camera options, winch, front end appearance and slight height increase, hood, tailgate, transmission... the only changes i have seen for 20 is the lane assist and black wheels are standard?
The PW is rumored to undergo more changes in 2022? Maybe a diesel to compete with the AT4 HD?
Coming up on 4 months ... not sure where it is in delivery. Maybe, mine will be a 22.
Thanks for the infoS&b is taking pre orders on their intakes. Pn# 75-5133 . It's being manufactured mid December. Ships end of December.
I gotta cool the credit card off first before I preorder.
