2007 ram 1500 no heat on the floor setting. Defrost, front vents, etc all work fine but no matter what I try no air comes out of the floor vents on driver and passenger side. There is a very very minimal amount of airflow at max speed. Any ideas?

Is it making alot of noise at max speed but no air? Is the air flow normal at different speeds on the other settings?

The fan speed isnt an issue. Low, low mid, high mid, and high all work fine. I meant that even at the high fan speed there is still little to no air coming out of the floor heat vent on driver and passenger. I dont know if its clogged at the vents or there's a door or something broken...

Reason I asked about air volume was because if the recirc door breaks, it falls down and blocks airflow to everything (and usually makes a helluva racket doing so). Sounds like blend door broke. Does it do the same thing when you put on combo defrost/floor setting?

Yes it does... every setting works fine except the floor. If I have it on defrost and floor it only comes out defrost. If I have it at head and floor it only comes out head. If I have it at floor, no air comes out but the fan sounds normal. No racket either

Ok great... well great meaning thanks for your help. Not great I have to fix the blend door lol. Do you know if I'd have to take the dash apart to fix that or can I just remove the glove box?

Through the glove box gets you the recirc door. A shop will pull the dash (as per the service manual), or at least pull it up out of the way. I've seen people say they managed to do it without doing so but I don't see how. The heeter-treeter kit has you cut into the box, which I'm not a fan of. Mopar knew this was a problem with the third gens so they created a retrofit kit to fix this but if course they wouldn't do a recall. When my heater core blew I replaced everything under the dash (core, blend door, evaporator) so I'd only have to do it once.
