I actually did something. Cleaned the interior. :jawdrop: Shocking! Isn't It?????
HA HAAAAAAAAA
Now that I'm working only 75% of the week, I need to do that as well. It's not filthy, but I could clean off the Weathertech floor liners and do a little dusting of the dash/center console.
I can't wait till we get back to "normal".

Gah - Don't. Remind. Me. I need to clear out the backseat like nobody's business. Ever since the Democratic People's Republic of Oregon required reusable shopping bags, the damned things are all over the backseat...

We have the same issue in cali.
I stuff em all inside of one, roll it up squishing all the air out and shove em under the drivers side fold flat.
My fold flat is down 100% of the time to keep work tools, parts and my personal stuff on.
Its been a blessing with the clutter, mama never knows what mods I may have bought and hid in plain sight
..lol.....nothing lately though

Hot dang that sweet. I would love to put buckets in the back for kiddos and a center console.
That would be a sweet set up with dual buckets and a console. If my measurements are correct it would be possible to fit 3 of these buckets in the rear.

Got new brake pads installed today. Wagner severe duty, Semi Metallic. They feel outstanding so far, way better clamping power compared the Ceramics they replaced.

This are the pads

Old rears with about 30k miles

Fronts with about the same mileage, they still had more meat but they were noisy as hell.

Are the stock pads ceramic? I have the slight squeak I hear every time I brake, had it looked at a few times, nothing wrong, told me it was normal

Amen to getting back to "normal" whatever that maybe.

Also, just drove the clean interior truck. :sleepy:

Greased the tailgate latch mechanism. What a nasty environment it is!!!

But it's much smoother now.

Got a set of Clayton Offroad Overland+ rear control arms installed today. They're nicely built and very strong especially the lowers. I'm sure i'll be able to rest all 6200lbs of weight of my truck on them over rocks without a sweat.
This are originally made for the 2020 Jeep Gladiator (JT) which our 4th gen RAM 1500 shares rear control arms and rear trackbar with.
No issues cranking my factory bolts to 200ft/lbs. The bushings can take it without any drama

Lowers are 2x2 1/4" squared wall tubing.
Uppers are 1.5x1.5 1/8" squared wall tubing,
Bushings are Clayton Giiro DDB on both sides, 26.6* of movement per bushing, 50* combined per arm, self centered, self lubricated and maintenance free, 5/16's thick welded lower control arm housing with forged adjusters.

Giiro bushings

I haven't installed the parking brake bracket yet, none of the JT rear arms will have the provision for the brake line but is not a big deal, in my case the arms are squared so i'll drill a hole in the rear driver lower tomorrow, tap it paint it and then put the factory bolt in there.
Edited 03/26/2020
Drilled a a 7/32 hole and ran a 1/4-20 tap, the bolt is 1/4
