If it’s the same as the 2012, it just pushes out the front. Gotta kinda squeeze the top and bottom together then push it forward

There are little latches around the back side of it that you have to pinch and pull out. If you lie on your back under the truck you’ll see them easily. I think there’s 4-6 of them around the edge of it.

I had to remove mine to cut it when I put my tow hooks on (sport bumper, not factory meant for hooks) . It was a pain to get out and an even bigger pain to get back in with the hooks in place, but it's doable.

This is all I see when I go underneath. These white tabs. There like 18 of them. D992E227-0465-4F73-AC65-F9A5ED739C4F.jpeg

That looks familiar. I knew I remembered it being a PITA. I think I used a small trim removal tool out of my 3000 piece set to release each one. A small flat screwdriver would probably work as well.

Those are the tabs. They can be a pain but you need to push them all out of the slot they are in and then work the entire piece out. It’s not a fun piece but not impossible to get out. Sorry. I forgot there were so many.

The white tab is part of the bumper, the piece your removing has slots and removes inward toward the suspension not outward. I think I had one hand on the outside pushing inward while other hand pushed up/down on clips and just kinda worked around the edges till it popped off each clip.

Your truck is a 2014. Plastic could be a little brittle. I suggest a hair drier to get the tabs heated and hope they will bend easier rather than break.

My 2011 has about 7 of the plastic push rivets on the top outside, remove those and you roll it out of the bottom slots. Had to remove and replace it when I added front tow hooks.
