Contact Benny @AllMoparParts.com on this forum and he can get you setup with what you need for your truck.

Do you know if you have the wiring already installed under the truck?

I am reading that you need to turn it on with AlphaOBD. A visit to the dealer may need to be considered as I don't know anybody in Sask Canada with the device.

I added the OEM bed lights to my 2019 Classic.

I did not have any wiring installed from factory so had to run the full harness.

I utilized AlphaOBD to enable the lights, but only the dealer can active the button switch (at this time), to be able to turn them on that way. So I had the dealer pin the wire under the dash and activate the button.

Charged me an hour of labor to do so.

Also added some strip LEDs and tapped the bed light wiring.

I think 2016 was the first year for those, doubt you’ll have the wiring already.

I have the factory brake light button. What I want is the OEM bed lights that are by the tailgate. I guess if nothing else I could just add in LED strips.

Yeah, that picture didn’t show the factory lights mounted on the bedsides next to the tailgate, there installed.

I taped the wiring for the OEM bed light wiring for the LED strips.

From the sounds of it, now you can utilize AlphaOBD to activate the bed switch as well, so no dealer trip required if you go that route.
