I had smoked headlights but they cracked up real bad from the sun so I said I’m just going to get some regular ones this time

Unless plastic starts rusting I don't think that's going to be a problem for me :D I am considering replacing my chrome bumpers with something similar to your front. That looks bad in a good way.

I love the cab lights that gives the truck a whole new look if I wasn’t scared of drilling into my cab I would put some on mines

Mine had the amber ones on it from the factory when I got it and one of them leaked. That's the main reason I swapped them out with the smoked ones (not really, but that's what I told the DW). The holes are much bigger than I thought they needed to be, but the seals on the lights work good. They're amber when they're on.

Got rid of the pinstriping with an eraser wheel. Sure makes the job a lot easier. Also picked up some magnetic American flag decals. New bumpers on order, really can't wait for that.95ea303875777a0f6e2532b4120d31e9.jpge6b180848cc84780ffed0a6b28ca7772.jpg

They're 35x12.50r17. I could be wrong but I think this is just the standard power wagon lift. I haven't lifted it any.

After a looong 11 hours, the door lock actuators, window motors, door wiring harnesses, and door panels have all been replaced, and the factory power windows are rollin

The power locks are all wired up but aren’t working yet, but I figure those will have to be enabled with Alfa (power windows worked fine without enabling them). I’ll be doing that tomorrow to hopefully put an end to the “long stretch to the passenger door” business

I replaced the 9" factory 4 ga ground cable with a 0 ga cable.

It's the little things. Also swapped the OE tails for some LEDs from 'zon.
They fixed my "lamp out" and I kinda like the look better.

Took apart the B pillar trim trying to see where I wanna run my 0 ga power in and mount my distribution block. No solid ideas yet...

Disappearing coolant...pin hole in the radiator. Be prepared to scavenge the speed clips for the radiator mounts and transcooler mount...and only do it on the street on a hot day. Also flushed out and refilled the power steering while I was down there.

Oh man, I get the hot day business. It's rarely under 100 here.
I am looking at the Mishimoto 4 core all aluminum rad for mine, but I'm not there just yet.

The power lock setting in Alfa didn’t work unfortunately. Looks like I’ll have to find a dealer willing to give it a try with their scanner, but I have my doubts that they can get it to work either

If all else fails I guess I’ll just have to get an aftermarket lock/keyless entry/remote start system and splice it into the factory switches and actuators

Edit- I went to the Dodge dealership and asked the service guys about turning on power locks in the computer. He said he’d give it a go

Anyways, he connected the Wi-tech programmer, which definitely looks like an improvement over the old StarScan tools. The Wi-tech’s are just a little dongle and a wireless tablet, while the StarScans were literally an enormous computer on a roller cart. Times change

He tried a couple of things then unfortunately told me it couldn’t connect to my truck. He said my truck may be below the cutoff year for the scanner, but in a few months they’ll be updating the Wi-techs to be able to connect to anything all the way back to MY 2002. If what he says is true then It’ll make me happy, because nobody around here has an old StarScan computer and Ive needed my tire size adjusted for 2 years. I don’t want to spend 200 bucks for one of those aftermarket tire size changers
