I'm fairly certain that Infotainment's volume control is something they produce themselves. If you need a replacement you'll probably need to contact them.

If the switch itself isn't broken you should be able to resolder them. If you don't have the tools to do so, drop me a PM. If you pay the shipping I can probably solder it back together for you. Or you might be able to find someone local to do it. It should be a quick job.

Hi M2 mod
i have a 2013 ram1500 with the 5 inch screen.

i bought a 8.4 radio out of a 2018 ram with carplay made by panasonic and a new bezel with climate control.
Which harness do i need. I would like to purchase from you if possible. also if you have any other mod harnesses that would help i would like.

i think i also need to get an adaptor to connect the usb hub to the radio. please educate me if i have my information incorrect

If you've got a local Maker group, that'll be a good place to look for someone. They usually have a bunch of youngsters who can solder things folks our age can't even see. :) I've watched one of our local group's members hand solder SMD components less than 1mm on a side.

As far as the control bezel, I'll let @Mpgrimm2 answer that one, he's much more knowledgeable as to what fits in what than I am.

If this is the wrong place to ask please let me know. I have a 2020 3500 tradesman. Most of the winter I have a tailgate sander that blocks the rear camera in the tailgate. I’d like to find someway to tap into the factory harness somewhere and get a second camera (I’d just buy a mopar one and build a housing for it I’m thinking) to relocate to where the sander wouldn’t block it. Anyone done this make something similar before?

*** 10/22/20 through 11/5/20 ***

I won't be taking any new orders until I get back from an actual vacation (one in May got cancelled). I've got a few orders left to get out this weekend before I head out of town.

Thank you everyone for the support!

You can always get the Chassis cab backup camera kt with the pickup truck adapter.

Mopar part numbers:
Pickup Camera Adaptor 82215671AB
User mountable camera 56038978AF
10 ft cable 68200274AA
or 30 ft cable 68239372AA

Thanks for the info! That is a great idea. Long as they use the same connector it should be easy.

I tow a small trailer that is barely visible. Is there a way to be able to turn on my camera while driving to view?
Probably scare people behind me at stoplights when I put it in reverse to check load/trailer.
15 Laramie Crew cab, 6'4" bed.
Thank you

I have a 2013 Tradesman CC 3500. Ra1 radio, aux switches, tow prep w/trailer brake. I just got the interior out of a 2016 1500 sport CC that had heated seats , power drivers side, and heated steering wheel. The rear seats only had the courtesy lights. I would like to make all of these options work, but for now I am most interested in getting the power drivers seat to functions ( seat base, backrest and lumbar). Would it be more cost effective to order the harnesses for the everything I will eventually want functioning or just do the power seat harness?
