Well it could be either you need interim update 17.11.07 like you’ve been looking for and no one seems to share or your have the same issue as others have reported where their truck was manufactured pre/past a certain date and you need RA3 MY14. I’m assuming Uconnect update page shows only 18.45.01 available for your VIN. I had to go to the dealer to get 17.43.01 for my Canadian RA3 since I couldn’t find the file online. I had 16.21.19 and was able to go directly to 17.43.01.

Dealer trip was what I was afraid of.

Give them a call first with your VIN, they will tell you what files they have listed available for your uConnect. My dealer gave me this info over the phone. Or try RA3_MY14 “at your own risk”. Some site referred 2014 for your part number.

You definitely DO NOT have a 2013 RA3 VP3-NA radio...

Your radio PN is 68224531Ax which appears to be a 2015 RA3 VP3-NA according to post 9.

Go back to POST 9 and download the 2015 file that matches the first 8 digits of your pn and see if it's accepted by the radio.
(Online search for that PN comes back as 2014 ram RA3 VP3-NA >> might be a typo in post 9 * , but the file is definitely a MY_15 RA3 VP3-NA file)

NOTE
* I thought all 6822xxxxAx PNs were 2014, but I likely got that PN info and file from another member that used it on his truck, it should be correct.* (I don't follow the RA3's & Canadian stuff closely).

If the file doesn't work, you will need the VIN of a 2014 ram Bighorn or Laramie that came from the factory with an RA3 VP3-NA radio, and take the vin and blank USB to a dealer to get the 17.43.x file (please share here if you do).

Used from a dealer
Then someone swapped the radio out.

Did you try the file I suggested yet?

(FYI, my folks just picked up a 14 Lonestar with RA3 VP3-NA radio, so I will likely be able to use the vin to get the missing 2014 RA3 VP3-NA file from a dealer at some point).

Yes, Tried the file, still not compatable.

Then it must be a typo in Post 9 and you definitely have a 2014 RA3/VP3-NA as I suspected for that PN. You will need to source a 2014 USA VIN with an RA3/VP3 3C radio and use that to get an update from a dealer or wait for me to get to a dealer and share the file here... Unless someone else has the v17.43.01 they can share

Hi, I'm new to this forum and just bought my first Ram 1500 (Sport 2013) a couple of days ago. :)

Sorry if these questions have been answered already, I've been trying to read up on this subject but it's a big thread with a lot of information to take in.

I've checked the SW-version on my radio and it's 13.06.2 with P/N: 68140964AH according to dealer mode. Nav is activated on it.
I guess my model is a export version since the Uconnect website says that my system qualifies for 8.4A_15_26_1_MY14_RJ3 (which I can't download for some reason).
Since it says MY14 on their website, is it a MY14 radio and not MY13 or is it unrelated to the hardware?

Assuming that I have an export version, is it "safe" to proceed with the files for the correspondig MY or are these SW-updates only for the non export versions?

Thanks!

EDIT: I realize that I need probably need firmware (17.46.01) for the EMEA-version (RJ3/RJ4) which I've found both for MY13 and MY14. I suspect that I should go with the MY14 version?
Tried to Google P/N: 68140964AH but can't really determine if it's a 2013 or 2014 part.

I'm confused about what firmware should apply. I (think) I have a Canadian UCS (non nav) from a 2018 1500.

Part Number 68340153AD

P/N doesn't match anything I can find here and the current 22.6 FW seems to apply to UAQ / UAS / UCQ, but not UCS.

When I try to use driveuconnect.com with the donor VIN it says it's up to date. My application version in dealer mode is indicating 18.11. NN-ER-18.11.0-20170720-E06M.

That does appear to be a
2019/2020 RAM classic Canadian 8.4 UCS non-nav : 68340153ak based on @BJSwizzle 's post here.. He may be of some help if he has the file.

18.11 and 19.9 were better versions IMO.
You can take the donor vin to a dealer with a blank USB drive and ask them to download the latest version... They can pull it up.
If you do come back and share the file.
