So here's my truck that I bought used 3 years ago for $15,000 (with the painted Leer tonneau)
2010 Dodge Ram 1500 CC 4x4 Sport Plus
(made 1st half of 2010 in Warren...title & reg. say 'Dodge pickup')
98k when purchased (now 125k)
5.7 Hemi, 5-spd console-shift auto, 3:55 open rear gears
Sunroof, heated/cooled leather 6-way seats, heated strg. wheel
PDM Mineral Gray Metallic, 20x9 chrome wheels
What I've done so far (largely due to this forum!)
ENGINE
Mopar spark plugs
UAC a/c compressor
AC Delco idler pulley/tensioner with Gates HD serpentine belt
AC Delco upper & lower rad. hoses, Mopar coolant, Stant 190° t-stat
Diehard Platinum 94R AGM battery
PIAA Super Bass dual horns
3GCustomz steel engine covers (I painted Hemi orange)
Vararam intake w/LED strip lighting
UPR billet catch can w/Russell stainless hoses
MECHANICAL
Pedal Commander (set on Sport+ on 2)
Superchips F5 Flashpaq tuner set to 93 octane tune, MDS disabled, RPM & speed adjusted
Callahan drilled/slotted brake rotors (actually shipped from Powerstop!)
Wagner OEX brake pads
2/2 drop done with the following:
Bilstein 187350 rear shocks w/272920 rear 2" drop coils
Mevotech UCAs, Moog LCAs, Moog outer tie rods & sway bar links
Detroit Axle strut assemblies with Belltech 4769 2" drop coils installed
Hellwig rear sway bar w/ Moog links
Freedom Offroad adjustable panhard bar
Dorman upper & lower rear control arms
new Valvoline rear gear oil w/ Spectre chrome cover & Lubelocker gasket
Totalflow muffler-delete kit (left resonators on)
5" stainless exhaust tips
Pirelli Scorpion 275/55R20 AT OWL tires (3 peak snow rated)

3M carbon fiber vinyl overlay on all silver dash pieces (anthracite gray)
I think that's it. As I said, it's my daily driver so getting stuff done sometimes means sitting for hours while it's getting worked on if it's stuff I can't or won't do myself.
Future work will be fender flares (honestly because they're cheaper than body/paint for the bit of right rearwell rust) and new side stripes in metallic silver to better match the tailgate MOPAR decal.
