No problem at all.Ok great I was just trying to help if I could. I do have a question that you can possibly help me out with My rear setup that I’ve put bought so far for the rear of my 2012 crew cab is the bilstein 24-187374, the 140 springs, a set of a carli adjustable track bar links, carli track bar drop bracket, a spohn adjustable track bar, and the metal cloak bump stop pads. My question is do you suggest that I should get the bilstein 33-185569 shocks for the rear or do you think the ones that I already have will be good?
Thanks I appreciate your help I ordered a set of the Looonger shocks today. Thanks againNo problem at all.
The 24-187374 are the the 0-1" 5100's. they'll be good for say 1" rear springs or spacers.
The 33-185569 are Bilstein 5125's that have the proper lenght to run the SLF-140 springs, 29.7" extended, 17.91 compressed. They're like super loooong shocks and it's what Mopar added for the rear with those springs. i'll run those instead.
Just remember those shocks will only work with those SLF-140 springs, or if you needed more spring later on then you can add Clayton 2.5" coil springs (Part# COR-1510251), which also have the lenght needed to run those extra long shocks. I run the Claytons in my truck with extra 500lbs in the bed. Without that weight your truck butt will go 2.5" for sure.
Have fun.
We don't have steel options, only aluminum and they're huge. i looked everyhwere for a steel version like we have in the Jeep world and couldn't find anything other than the diff skid above. That'll do in my case.No plans with getting a Dif Cover ? Those AFE ones look nice
It's a steel piece mig welded and powercoated with the good stuff. They have different colors and textures. I wanted the one at no extra cost and that one happens to match the sway bar. What is it made of? I am planning on getting a diff guard and modding it by adding either a skull or something else to it ...

Awesome. Let us know how that goes. I'm hoping their 9.25 12 bolts will fit. They're only showing a 14 bolts but they mention the 12 bolts application.Check out Ruff Stuff Specialties https://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/DIFFCOVERS.html
I contacted them about the diff cover for our trucks because I didn't see it on their site ... lets see what they say ....
That looks purdehOh man if they have that cover i'll be very tempted to buy one
In the meantime, here is the Purple Cranium skid diff guard installed

As far as I know no. It’ll only turn on the light selected for DRL. The fog light with high beam just sets the vehicle up so at night if you are using your fog lights and switch on the high beams it won’t disable the fog lights. So question ... if doing the hi beams with fogs on with ALFAOBD and then you set your highs or fogs to be your DRLs , do both go on as your DRLs?
I want to set my HIGHs as DRLs to see if both the highs and fogs stay on ... is this possible ?
I dont know that we can pick which ligths are the DRLs though assuming you can choose the Highs as DRL you can set the fog on with hi beams, then the fogs will have to be on first for they to stay on with the hi beams. So question ... if doing the hi beams with fogs on with ALFAOBD and then you set your highs or fogs to be your DRLs , do both go on as your DRLs?

I would check the wattage of the led pods before doing 4. A 9006 bulb is 55 watts. The led pods I have installed come in 2 wattages. The ones I’m running are 35 watts. The other style are 14.5 watts.
As long as combined you are less than 55 watts per side you should be fine. So yes that should be okOk sorry @ram1500rsm but back to this post ... will 4 pods at 12-watt, 1080 lumen spot/flood combo beam be ok ?
