Debadge?

Heads up to the new to this mod:

Bought said 2002 Chevy HD 2500 in 2015. Took LAME 4X4 stickers off, no issues with paint being weird. DE-Badged tail gate, still no issues with paint.

HOT sun, heat soaked around 3 pm and strong fisshing line and comes right off.

Rub the glue off, little go gone, lighter fluid and clean clay bar and wax good as new.


Get compliments all the time how clean the truck looks....................

People that leave badges on don’t maintenance as well as those that care enough to remove the junk plastic badges. They don’t change the oil until it makes a noise and they for sure don’t flush their brake fluid every other year LOL

i saw a mitsubishi outlander at my lical walmart that had about 20 (not kidding) 20 of them stuck to the car. i had a pic on my old phone of it. if i can ever dig it up ill attach it. so funny!

i have no piercings but do have some tattoos, which are my individual taste. so again, not seeing the relevance you mean of sheep to individuality (spelling, i suck at spelling haha)

I guess I'm not normal. I won't even buy a used vehicle that has been damaged! OK, debadged or whatever you want to call it! If someone removed badges what else did they do?

They are double sided taped on. One could easily put them back on if they insisted.

I debadged mine, and it looks way cleaner, and is easier to clean and wax. Way too much stuff on the door "RAM 1500 CLASSIC". At first I left it, but I removed the Hemi badge as well.

The truck has the black accent package, so the badges were black...not that I like chrome on it anyway.

I could have bought one almost just like it, but with the clear headlights and chrome clad wheels and badges, but that, and the fact mine has the 8.4 and upgraded gauge cluster made the choice easy. I also have factory color matched Sport or R/T mirrors, not on in the original pic.

The day I brought it home:
