I went back and forth on whether I wanted to spend the money on doing this, and well

Cab floors are finally done. Just need to clean the tunnel up and prime and bed line

Well got a little farther than expected today. Mid degreasing



First coat of raptor epoxy primer



And 3rd and final coat

2 coats of raptor bed liner



Dragged her out to give the motor one last bath






And got the exhaust mocked up

Slow couple of days. Took way longer than I'd like to admit tweaking the exhaust and figuring out hangers. Installed the new motor mounts




And fabbed up a kdp tab



It'll be about a week before I can finish up the front of the motor. Had to order a tool to install the front main seal

Had to buy a special tool just to replace the oil pan



Engine is painted (still need to paint the turbo and intake), new fuel pump, alternator, water pump and turbo oil feed line is in. Replaced the trans filter and gasket.






Was hoping to avoid buying new Trans line's but they needed to be replaced.

Great thread. Tons of progress. I had a 93 W250 with the CTD and an 01(i think) Power Ram 2500 with the same.

This is making me miss my 93. As trucks changed to the more modern look, I got so many compliments on that nice square body Dodge.

Got the cab set back down. Need to finish seem sealing and epoxy primer the floor

The new front seal tool came in yesterday. Had a free minute and finally got the new front crank seal in. That's been a something I've kinda been dreading doing. Fingers crossed it seals properly. I did use the crank sleeve because the crank did have a slight grove in it. Put the front cover on. Just need to torque the bolts down.

With the weather kinda cooperating and being in the high 50s after dinner I decided to do a little more work

My conscious, or whatever you want to call it got the better of me and ordered a rear main seal kit. Not a 100 percent sure if it is actually leaking but I know doing it now will save a lot of headaches later.

As like everything with this truck I'm doing more than I intended.

Didn't plan on pulling the brake booster or hvac but here we are

Had enough time today to pull the transfer case. Hopefully will have enough time to pull the trans tomorrow, if not definitely Saturday

Guess it's a good thing I decided to change the rear main seal

Definitely a good call on the rear main seal.

Might have missed it in the thread but what trans is in that?
