I was installing a new newsletter email add on and I made the mistake of sending it out like 15 times. I just wanted to say sorry about that. That won't happen again!

Thanks for posting about it. :) I haven't been on this forum for years at this point and those newsletter emails were a good reminder. Can I have my account deleted? Or be pointed to how to delete it? I wasn't seeing a way to do so in settings.

Yeah, maybe residuals from the few send outs. You should have only received around 15 emails total.

We don't delete accounts but I can remove you from any new emails coming from RF, which I just did.

Yeah, since the update to the newest version of XF, I couldn't find the add-on I liked until this one. So you will no be getting one once a week.

Strange, I had to do a new member thing, I remembered my password, somehow, but all the posts seem to start at the middle or end, I can't figure it out. Maybe wait a day or so. My old picture popped up. From Sask. Canada

@Shaggy - I'm getting push email notifications again for the 1st time in a long time. Don't know what buttons you pushed, but thanks for repairing!

I took steps to delete every account that had to go through PayPal

I won't deal with anything like PayPal, where they don't give you the option of Renewing or Canceling an account

I left the forum with a Z over 2 years ago & PayPal is still grabbing it from my bank account

I have looked all over the Paypal site, i have no idea how much of my money they have or if the account is Zeroed out.
That is a screwed up way to run a business.

Why can't i pay using either VISA or Mastercard, why does PayPal have to be involved ?

Any answers ?

@GTyankee Check out the link below. The statement I found interesting is this...

"If you don’t have a PayPal account, call the service or company (with which you have a subscription) to cancel your account."

So did you contact the forum administrator and request they cancel your subscription? A simple search on Google shows a lot of people with the same issue. That's amazing that they can even continue to get away with that kind of behavior these days.

Because I don't have another company I deal with. Maybe in the future I will go with swipe or something similar, but Paypal has been an easy company to deal with for me. Sorry its been a pain for you and hope you get things worked out with Vertical Scope(who owns the Z for now).
