Quick question, is it all the time or intermittent.

I find the wireless charger to be pretty much worthless. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and occasionally the charger will work, but most of the time it doesn't. So, it may not be a fuse on yours.

All chargers are not compatible with all phones. If it has never worked, that could be your problem.

It would be helpful to know if the charger ever worked. If so, did you change phones and/or cases? Just wondering if it is not registering your phone because they only put out a tiny amount of electricity until they sense a phone. It is possible the phone just decided to not "see" it anymore. I would try sans case, and maybe one or two other case-less phones if you find the fuse is good. If none work, time to replace. Good luck.

Just had this problem with a test drive yesterday. Turns out you have to position your phone correctly. The middle of the phone needs to line up with the openings between the clips at the bottom of the charger. Slide the phone into the clips and it should start.

Mine works flawless.

Did you find the fuse?

Our new Jeeps does not work with the IP12 or IP13. Its a pointless feature IMO.

If it does not work, maybe. But for me it works fine. So an awesome feature.
Trust me it was a desired option that the wife wanted. I wish that it did work...

Yea, I really wanted it too. I even took the phone out of the case - still only works 1 out of every 5 or 6 times.
Ditto here as well. I honestly don’t think it’s ever worked for us.

When you put a phone in there should be a light in the upper left corner of the charger. It will be solid blue for successful charging or it will blink red or solid red if it sees a phone but can’t charge.

What color light shows for yours?

I thought mine was broken, and was about to take it to the dealer when I made one last ditch effort to figure it out. I have a Pixel 3 with a significant case, and once I figured out how to position the phone, it charges every time, with the case attached.

I put the phone in the slot sideways, push it all the way to the drivers side until it bumps the wall, then slowly ease it toward the passenger side until the blue light comes on. I have to creep it about 1/2 an inch and then it comes on. Works perfectly on my truck, but it was so finicky that I thought it was broken. It's very position-sensitive.

Try that method with the screen facing you, and alternate it with either the left side of the phone facing up, or the right.

Mine works with my wife’s phone. I have the new 13 Pro Max. I put the phone in the charger…it will turn blue. Then it will disappear, then return to blue for about 5 seconds. Then it will start blinking red.

Positioning is critical. Mine works fine, if I have it positioned right. I have an iPhone 12. That said, it does occasionally seem to overheat the phone, maybe because it's in a case? The blue light (good) goes out and the red light (bad) comes on when this happens.

Picky junk, maybe why I have a lowly Bighorn, no charging wireless, plug in cord, good to go, LOL...

Mine was not working either…13 Pro Max.
Place the phone sideways, volume buttons on top, with the charge side (bottom) against the driver side console. It works.
Phone is too big when it is placed normally.

Mine works in my 19 Laramie Longhorn. As long as I put my iPhone 12 Pro Max centered on the actual charging pad area.
