Hello all, brand new here! So where to begin. I recently did the 8.4 uConnect upgrade in my '17 ram 3500. All of the parts came from M2Mods, incredibly nice quality on the harness and amazing customer service on his end by the way! The swap went pretty straight forward.. now onto the issue. The ICS Bezel doesn't light up, none of the functions work beside hazard's. I can still 100% control all of my HVAC and climate through the radio itself, yet the bezel is completely dead. So, in collaboration with M2Mods, he was kind enough to send me out a new harness and module, made no change. had sense leaned toward a potentially bad bezel, ordered a new one, no change. In ALFAOBD, the BCM is catching the U11B8 code, which is loss of communication with ICS, and when I try to connect directly to the ICS with the 2013+ Powernet, nothing. goes through all 5 attempts and says failure to connect. Under car configuration change, i did find that the ICS under Cabin Net was "Not Enabled".. so i changed that to enabled, and still. nothing. no hvac control, no volume control, nothing. Really stumped here. only odd ball things i'm finding are when i pull the system status for the radio, it has no vin number associated with it at all. When i try to write my vin to the radio i get the Parameters not accepted error. where do i start? any help at all is greatly appreciated!!
