I'm building a property soon and am looking to buy an rv to live-in during the construction. I have a 1500 5.7 with 3.21 4wd which tows 7990 as per the manual. Ive got timbres rubber springs too. I'm looking at getting a coachmen 36ft (total length) 7000lb dry. I'll be putting a good wdh and I have the factory brake controller. Any minor sub $1000 mods I can add to make this a tolerable towing experience?
We won't be pulling this trailer very often or very far. I'm thinking either bilstein 5100s and the hellwig sway bar or a set or LTs.
