A few years back I upgraded my stock headlights with some Morimoto projectors. I swore I installed them dead nuts straight, but the drivers side was always pushed inward towards the passenger side, making a giant dead zone in front of me. Not wanting to bake and reopen them, I lived with it.

Fast forward to today. I installed a set of Alpharex Luxx led lights figuring those had to be aligned properly. But to my dismay, they are pointed exactly like the old Morimoto ones. Since there is no horizontal adjuster on this truck, how do I go about fixing this issue? If I put washers behind it, the headlight sticks out from the body lines awkwardly. Is there a trick I'm missing?

Thanks!

The only thing I can think of is to make sure that little ball thing in the back is seated properly...

I reseated it today, and pushed a little harder than normal. Something popped, hopefully not broke lol. But I did get it to adjust over a bit to the left, but I have yet to be home in the dark to try it out.

It should kinda pop in when it's seated but it's more felt than heard.

If I remember correctly, some people took the little ball things off their factory lights and swapped to the new to get a little adjustment.

After a few days of testing, it looks like it moved over a bit, but still not enough to line up like it should. The cutoffs still look cross eyed down the road.
