went back to the track for labour day. was a grey day not much turnout but there were still some nice cars there ( 2 promods running mid 8s at 155 mph wow and a handful of hellcats and 5.0 mustangs)

I ran with my 5l f150 buddy both of us full weight
I got my personal best on the 3rd run 15.02 at 91mph. no wheel spin
the first run spun a bit on take off and the second run spun the first 3 gears (less or no glue on that side)
fun day overall!

i am #25
while the ford still has the power/weight advantage its pretty interesting how well matched these trucks are. when i hooked well i would get ahead first then he would come charging and pass me after the 1/8

Check out the DA on his slip, 650ft,we can't come anywhere close to Napierville's DA Ian. We're lucky if we get DA under 3500ft,last Friday the DA at Castrol was 5200ft. DA really screws with a naturally aspirated vehicles timeslips. I'd kill to run at 650ft,but the closest track for us that'll give us those kinds of DA numbers is Mission over in BC.Missions base elevation is 25ft,so in the spring and fall, they'll get minus DA numbers, same as GrandBend and Napierville will get.The best track in the Prairies is Gimli Manitoba,as it's base elevation is 700ft.

The best part about Quebec is leaving that ******** behind in your review mirror.

I was born and raised in there. 55% Taxes, everything cost 2x what is does in Alberta and all the inbreds that dont understand economics what to separate from Canada lol...

Actually everything East of Sask is a libturd utopia. Im glad I saw the light and moved out when I was 18.

I know some of you have seen this but I didn't realize this thread existed, duh.
So here's mine from my 1st time at the track a couple weeks ago. This was last and best out of 5 runs, it definitely takes practice.

Going back next Thurs, probably last TnT of season. That's ok, give me time to save up for a drag pack. I think I got the bug uhoh lol.

Thanks! It was way too much fun.
Mods include: AFE CAI, Stainless Works 1 3/4" headers, 16" Magnaflow (3" single exhaust), MDS delete, Comp Cams 216/222 truck cam, and dyno tuning.

I feel like with all that it should be a little faster but it's a RCSB 4x4 with 3.55 gears and stock 65RFE.
She's also gotta haul, tow, get me through the snow and part time daily drive so I can't get too crazy lol.

im no expert but i think you could pick up at least a half second with an 8 speed swap. i have (hemi crew cab 4x4) 8 speed no headers no cam no tune but 392 gears (and good DA haha)
my old 06 (hemi qc 4x4 392 gears) 545rfe no headers with superchips can tune got a best of 15.7 at 85mph

look at the 8 speed swap thread there is a good chance your 14 is already wired to receive it. i think you have to check the color of the connector on the trans. definitely worth looking into!

A set of drag radials should put you into the 12's,as it looks like you're spinning at launch with a 1.907 60ft.Good run,do you know what the DA was at the time of your run?
