I wonder if they have gotten those problems ironed out. Nonetheless, I just purchased an extended Mopar Factory Warranty out to 72 months, and 75,000 miles.
I don't know, sure doesn't seem like they have the uConnect issues behind them. Still a lot of posts about issues with them. The uConnect 5 system on my wife's 21 Pacifica is being replaced also. ETA of 3/13/23 for the parts.

Last Wednesday the service writer said it would be a week or so for mine. But after reading your message, I emailed him to follow up. Thanks!!

Just for grins ..

Check the prices on an Mopar Extended Warranty from

check on the longest MOPAR warranty that they have
You may find that it will be cheaper that the one you just purchased
I was going to suggest checking with Granger Auto for the Mopar ext warranty. Pretty sure they beat everyone on pricing these days. But it sounded like he'd already pulled the trigger.

I looked at their Maximum Care 6 Years / 85,000 Miles, it's the same as what I paid, but they charge monthly interest

I did speak to them, after I purchased from the below, just to make one more comparison. He said that the below was already in the Dealership's systems and that they had sold it to me at cost, because it was at the end of the month. He could do no better. For the Ram 3500 Cummins, because I only have 16,000K on mine, I bought out to 72 months, and 75,000 miles. $100 deductible, $200 down, and $112 per month, interest free for 24 months.

Did you remote start the truck? I know there are settings that will turn all of the heated items on, when its colder and remote started.

No, I did not remote start. Last time it happened it was sunny and 60 degrees. I had left the truck facing the southern winter sun for 2 hours and the interior was warm. Heated seats and steering wheel came on after I started it. And on high, nearly burning my arsh.

I took the truck in to the Dealership. Tech tried to re-flash it several times to no avail. A new uConnect radio and 12 inch screen had to be ordered. Under warranty.

Been a week now and the uConnect radio and 12 inch screen ordered last week by the Dealership has still not come in. Service Writer said it comes direct from the radio manufacturer. Stuff like this tries my patience and burns my butt. I have a set of Bridgestone tires I purchased online from Discount Tires that needs to be installed to replace the 2 front crappy Nexens that--at only 16,000 mile--wore out, due also to bad original alignment. I live quite a ways from the city, so I want to consolidate my trip.

Grrr.

It will be interesting to see how quickly your new system comes in. As I said above, it's going to be 1.5 months for the one for our Pacifica to come in. Just the way it is these days.

We had the radio replaced in our 2019 Charger at 3k miles for bluescreen. I believe it took about 5 weeks to get it in from the manufacturer.

Well, based on what you guys have said about the Radio back order, I called Ram Vehicle Care this morning and they thought the prudent thing would be to open a case, and they did. Since the Radio issue was diagnosed last week, my 3500 Amp deployable running boards no longer work. Also, the Dealership has gotten the parts in for the fuel pump recall, so I have an email out to the Service Writer requesting a time to come in to have the pump installed. If the Radio comes in while it's there, great. If not, I'll just have to make another trip, for whenever the Radio comes in. I live about 90 miles away.

Thanks for all the great, helpful posts!!
