A Ram factory dealer

When does your warranty expire or have any co-pay amount?

And has this dealer acknowledged that the fault will be covered by warranty or not?

I've never heard of paying a diagnostic fee for anything warranty related.

It might be time to speak directly with the service manager yourself to be certain all parties are clear about the responsibilities of the warranty coverage.

Do you have access to any other dealers if this one won't help?

Take it back and tell them to fix it right this time...
Dealers lie often , so do not trust them when they claim to have finished a repair , verify it was done. look for a different dealer , one who has quality oriented techs and a service adviser who listens and comprehends the tasks at hand.

That's why the dealers are not interested. When you say an 'aftermarket cam warranty', I trust there's no coverage for the electronics in the truck.

I've heard of users buying replacement Uconnect and/or aftermarket radios for much less than OEM costs but I haven't any more info than that.

You could try searching for your radio m/n suppliers other than Mopar or Uconnect or substitutes for your radio m/n.

I'll look for a thread and report what I can find.

I have no clue what that means...?
Shouldn't be to hard to figure out it was a spelling mistake, and he meant "steering wheel",especially when he said the dealership replaced the "clock spring"

Most likely the steering wheel clock spring, Check for recall on that, if not and truck is under warantee make them fix it, if not it's a job you can do, clock spring is about $350, and not worth trying to solder the strip that came loose, follow instructions closely so the front end stays clocked with the wheel, and all in alignment

I have a clock spring in my vintage style automatic Swiss watch. Had no idea there might be something like that in my "hyper-modern" Ram...

Wonder why some call it a Clock Spring, back in 2018 we had part replaced on the wife then Dodge, the dealership called it a Springboard and that makes more since then it being called a Clock Spring, that sounds like something you would find in a wall clock or pocket watch...

Called Clock Spring because it clocks the steering position, also the picture above is much what the strips look like inside the Clock Spring.... View attachment 518323

And what does the clock spring for the steering wheel position have to do with the OP who posted a question about their Steering wheel controls that do not work???
