Well, someone mentioned on another thread something about they Probably have to work on that trans tuning. Not sure if that's just a statement or fact.... Yeah if it will work for the 12's then they should put it on their website I would think. Maybe in a couple few days they might......

Does this unit work with diesels? Back when I had an H2 I had a diablo tuner for it ( in fact I still have the tuner today). Granted the engine had a lot of mods done, but with the tuner, it really turned the truck into a complete beast.

Has anyone verified that it actually works on the '12? What I have read, and what DS posted to their facebook says it only works with the 2011 rams. Below I pasted the response on their FB page to someone stating "you have a lot of pissed off 2012 ram owners."

Dave can hook you up with a similar unit from another company with much better tuning
Diablosport does a great job on gas motors but their tuners for diesels just turn up to rail pressure rather then really tuning via other parameters

If you were impressed with a tuner on a gas vehicle you will be blown away by what they can due to a diesel

Very disappointed, considering they said nothing of it and creating such a huge hype to go out and grab it.

The transmission has "an extra gear". I'm sure they just have to make the tune compatible with that and then it'll be out.

They told me a couple weeks ago the 2011 will be first as the code is pretty similar to 2010 but the 2012 Ram was different and would be a later release. They didn't give me an eta.

I guess the guy at DS didn't understand my question. Sorry to give anybody high hopes for those of you with 12s. I asked him the question about 12s, but I didn't specifically say RAM or he just didn't catch it. He looked like he had been asked that question a hundred times already today.
