I love the look of the Ram Runner but don't live by any deserts so the suspension would be over kill for the odd gravel road. I was wondering if anyone use the fenders, prerunner bumper, put a 2" lift, 35"tires and widen the stance with deep dish rims and wheel spacers. Any comments on this set up would be appreciated.

If you want a wide(r) truck, go right ahead.
Fullsize trucks are big enough for me as is, the thought of going wider is crazy IMO.

im in the same boat as you predator800..
i should be getting a set of Method race double standards with red letter grabber tires on in the next month 35's with a 0 offset, we will see how far out they come, i wont do spacers as i haul my toy hauler and don't think that is wise.. I've been really debating about the fenders, my biggest concern was how to fill in the inner area where the standard trim comes off.. leaves the truck exposed and its my daily driver, year round

I was wondering the same thing. Something would have to be fabbed up as the cold air in the winter will hit the door hinge area and make it cold. I know bushwaker flares would work with the same set up but I like the look of the ram runner fenders.

Keep me posted on what you find and how your wheels turn out.

I found the build thanks. It's Chadillac. I did a manual search.

Once you figure in the cost of the appearance mods to look like a fake ram runner, you might as well just spend the money on the suspension. Seriously, you're just as equally in the hole. You're only fooling yourself.

Now go build one!

The next step is fenders (front and rear) and aftermarket rims and tires. Still running the stock wheels and 33" A/T tires with no spacers. I'm actually gonna take out the lift I have on the rear end. My front has settled a little bit and it's not sitting level anymore. Tax money will go to suspension next year so I want to get the wheels and tires and fenders first. I'll for sure keep posting updates along the way. I've been a huge Ram Runner fan since day one and now I finally have decent funds coming in so its GAME ON!!

I'm going with the fiberwerx fenders and pure performance suspension. I like the look of the fenders over the KORE stuff, and the suspension from Pure just looks like a better set up.

I'm from Wichita, KS btw
