Yes it is from Canada. But also does update the maps in the Nav system.

I able to open it using another application. I know it's not good for the us radios. I was just wanting to know what all was in the file. Like the map updates.

The part number is CNSC27N6GL. I think that's what you want @M2

It's only listed on the back of the radio. Was hoping you knew it.

If I dont have NAV unlocked on my Uconnect (2018 RAM), would I be able to load this on mine and have NAV?

No. It won't load on your uas radio at all

Also you can’t not unlock navigation on the UAS like you could the VP3 radios. It’s either a UAS or a UAQ.
