What apps did you enable with AlfaOBD?
I have 14.05.3 at the moment. The big problem is that it has to be the Canadian/Mexico software and not the US stuff. I did install the switch and can use either the backup or cargo cam with just the flip of a switch. I just want it for backing up to my 5th wheel and would not have the tailgate on when doing that so it should work well.
I found the 18.xx.xx.version, im looking for the 17.xx.xx. I used. It is the Canadian version, mine was an import as well. I know I have it.....ill comb through my computer after dinner
Ok so I think I made a mistake. I used 8.4AN_RA4 17.11.07_MY15 , and then i loaded VP4_18.45.01_MY13-17. Loaded in a canadian 2015 sport. VIN 1C6RR7UT5FS526977 if you want to put it in the ram owners site and check all the build stats against yours. If you want the zip files im pretty sure I got them here. And since alfa has such a large cbc 2014 section, it may or may not take it. But i can send them to you. Dont forget to get your PIN from the dealer and be ready to sit in your truck for 30 min blocks.I have spent the last two days reading the various threads about software upgrades and cargo cams. I have a 2014 3CNAV VP4 CA. I believe from what I have read is that I need 17.11xx software to run the cargo cam?

That's a great question. I enabled apps. The NAV was already functioning. I remember enabling the turn display for the EVIC also. After that I cant really remember. Ive done so much with the alfa software its ridiculous. (Including grenade the computer once messing with the air suspension) RAM reset it and i got it right the next try lol. I had to disable the CD player once after one of the updates. I dont know how that got added in the software....
Gixxer, Would I also be able to grab those files? I have a Canadian WK2 that I just bought that currently has the 14.25.5 software and the stealership charged me $200 to tell me they CANT UPDATE IT!
Asshats. They did that **** to me for an estimate. Then they held it histafe and threatened to tow if I didn't pay for and stigmata that I knew the problem and solution, just needed an official written repair cost....sorry tangent. Yes I do have both. I followed grims instructions. I'll start figuring out how to share the file.

Best i recall from February...make sure you unzip the file if it is in zip format. Then go out to the truck and turn it on? Lot of idling. The same instructions I used are posted after the links. So unplug everything from your media center. Plug the USB into the charger slot *not positive on that. It will auto download the 5 or 6 files and you'll be good to go about 30 mins later. Then the next one. And get your rf hun pin from the dealer. But that's not specific at all, read the bottom link instructions. They worked on the current and 16.11 01 version from 14 43.xx?Thanks Gixxer750 I also downloaded the files. Is there instructions someplace on here as to how to upload the files into the truck? Maybe dm12345 you could post a short step by step?

Mechanical stuff I can do all day long including wiring but software stuff is always a mystery.
