My 2016 3500 with the 6.4L Hemi and 4:10 gears.
With 37" X 12.50's I get about 11.5 mpg rural driving.
With the factory tires I get 9.5 mpg rural driving.
I ordered the 4:10's because from day one I knew I was lifting it.
I did the lift and tires the second day and at 40 miles.
I have 12,500 miles on mine and yesterday I did my 1st type of highway driving.
Jersey flatland, 1 hour each direction, 68 mph steady, filled up before leaving, filled up before coming back, and filled up when back.

I have a 2016 3500, 4:10 gears, 5 1/2" lift, and 37" X 12.50's.
My mileage is 10.5 - 11.5 babying it / cruise control.
If I drive it like I stole it I can make it read in the 8's easily.
