Hi there!
I'm running the Superchips Cortex in my '04 Hemi Ram. I bought the trans tuning last week and was really eager to load in a shift schedule, i chose one of the mcfail site named Billy's_2004_4.56_QC. went to enter the parameters into the tuner, and the highest mph i can enter in any...
Ok well guess I'm getting it from you then haha, I emailed sales@moes already asking this, but if I order this up coming week would I see the pulley by the end of April? And I would like a quote shipped to me up in Canada. Also how many guys are running these on the 13+ rams with the electric...
I want to get one of these, we have gotten ATI dampers through work before, I just need the part number, only one listed on their site for an 09+ ram is an OD pulley...no good haha. couldn't find the part number on any of the vendors sites or online. Being in Canada I wanna see if I can get it...
super interested in the ported intake manifold Matt, but I cant find any info on others doing it on any hemi's only LS motors. any chance you can post some info?? I got an extra manifold I'd be willing to get done.
Ran my fully loaded 2014 sport crew cab 6.4' box 4x4 last night and ran 15.321 @ 87.5mph dead stock with less than 1000km on it. with out all my accessories on it(thick rubber bed mat, step boards, flares, flaps, and box cover) bet I'd be closer to 15.0-15.1
just throwing the some numbers out there to get peoples gears turning.... the 8speed is rated to handle 516ft.lbs ;) the 8speed (8HP70) is the same tranny as in the 8 speed srt-8's. If anyone ever over powers the 8HP70, the new hell cat uses a 8HP90, hoping internals will be compatible for us to...
Exactly as the title says does anyone know the resistance of a sonnax line pressure booster? They're just a resistor that plugs inline to the trans pressure sensor and connector. I have both the male and female plugs to fit the connector and sensor just need to know what value resistor I need...
just got the best mileage I've ever got with my truck on a highway trip back from Red Deer Alberta to Edmonton Alberta.
Best MPG: 17.7 mpg hand calculated, it was hot out (30+ Celcius) and I was doing 115-120kmph (70-75mph), conditions probably couldn't have been better
Running average: 12.9...
The link to the one on moes is the one I used, our 6.4 throttle bodies and the ones on the 5.7s(all hemis 13+ actually) are the same part number so if anything going to a moes tb that's the same as a 5.7 should theoretically give even bigger gains over the gains seen on the 5.7 since out motor...
Got my moes 87mm throttle body the other day and installed it. Noticeable increase in throttle response and pick up, and more pull in the top end, has better drivability all around!
Got a big road trip this weekend coming up will report back on the long term and mileage
yes!! wind resistance in this thing is a huge drawback, any headwind and the mileage plumits, so going down the track at 80mph probably benefit from some aero dynamics haha
