    My 2018 5.7 also has a ridiculous amount of large chunk rust. My 2011 was no better. That being said, has anybody looked into the cost to replace one? I'm guessing it's not an easy swap?

    I just brought my 18’ Ram to the dealer at 105k miles and asked them to do the transmission service. They said it’s not required, ever. I was surprised considering I was going to pay for it. But they said “Dodge does not recommend ever changing the fluid on the 8 speed”. Seems hard to believe

    I did them myself on my 11' Ram. I am just completely swamped with no time to start messing with them. So it cost me $540 to have them change them.

    Id be all over this idea not even for the cooler, but simply to relocate the absolutely horrendous factory oil filter location. But i'd rather have a way to mount the filter vertical. Does anyone make an adaptor with hoses?

    Just get the best of both worlds. I have the White/Yellow bulbs from SuperbrightLEDs.com. Turn them on they are white. Turn them off and back on they are yellow.
