Crutchfield tells me there is no replacement head unit for my 2019 with 8.4 inch and no Alpine. I searched on the datalink maestro site and they did not show a module for the truck either!
The oil udder was a total waste of money for me! (2019 4x4) It helps on our Suburban. I use a gallon zip lock bag and have had good results. I did have one filter that stuck and the only I got if off was using a filter removal device that I had gotten for a Harley...
I don't like that these trucks will let you lock it with the fob inside. We have two Mazda CX5's and neither one will let you lock the fob inside! Wish Ram would do this as well.
My 2019 Ram with 4x4 and 5.7 will get 22 mpg on the highway at 75 mph as long as there is not a head wind. And that is running about 1800 rpm! My old 2007 Silverado would not come close to that...
I must be missing something here about the filter! Royal Purple website shows a 10-48 being the right filter for the 5.7. So, what is the deal with the 20-820? And when I go to Amazon, and put in RP 20-820, it says it does not fit the 5.7.
Thanks...
Any thoughts on the Mobil 1 extended performance filter? I am using it and PUP changing at 5k.
After posting this, I watched some videos! Think I am going to get the Fram Ultra and try it.
My battery died with 2 months left on the warranty! I didn't want to take the time and hassle of the dealer, so I just bought a new one at Sams Club for $150. Everyready brand.
Hope it lasts awhile..If it doesn't, Next one will be Interstate.
I have a 5.7 and it is loud compared to the Chevy's I have owned. However mine sometimes makes a noticeable "thunk" or "clunk" unusual sound when starting it. Not all the time, just occasionally.
Jimmy07: I have hand made wood ramps with no indent...but still, I prefer to see what the front tires are doing and where they are on the ramps....just my way of doing it..
