    I've had the same problem. I called Uconnect and got sent to the dealer. The dealer attempted to reprogram the radio and that killed it, they had to order a whole new radio.     Well I got it installed and it sounds completely different, it has a much different bass tone to it. Unfortunately it's a little louder in the cab than I wanted but still a large improvement over stock. I tried to make a video from the phone but the sound didn't come through.

    I had to postpone the install do to weather, it's just to damn hot here in Arizona right now with all the rain and humidity. The dew point has to drop eventually.
