Drag Link Recall Error!
Hi Al I am 77 and also felt screwed when I took mine to the dealer for an alignment and they replaced the draglink for $2k (even tho I had the recall on time -where they welded it). RAM CARES and DRAG LINK RECALL !
Does anyone know how to get a refund (or even a reply from NHSTA or RAMCARES)? I had to pay Dodge dealership $1940 to replace my welded draglink so that it could be aligned. I filed forms with NHSTA and RAMCARES and have heard nothing in 2 weeks. Can anyone offer help (or let me join a class...- bill thieman
